- Have an available number 24/7
- Reply quickly by email
- Confirm all bookings according to the quantity and price in the contract
- Provide driver and vehicle details at least 12 hours before the ride
- Manage all logistics through the online dispatch system
Vehicle
- No logos or advertising on the vehicle
- Standard class: no more than 5 years old
- Business and first class: no more than 3 years old
- No damage inside or outside
- Clean and fresh
Driver
- Welcome guests with a greeting sign
- Look smart and friendly
- Help with luggage
- Monitor the flight
- Contact the 24/7 call center if there are any changes
