4ステップガイド
Exit arrivals hall and locate Gate 5 & Gate 6
After claiming your baggage, contact the driver to confirm the pick-up point. If congested, the driver may ask you to proceed to the 1st floor ride-hailing area. After exiting the arrivals hall, you will see Gate 5 and Gate 6 straight ahead.
Exit through Gate 6 and cross to Signboard 7 (standard route)
Walk to Gate 6 on your front left and exit. Cross the pedestrian crossing to the nearside lane. You will see Signboard 7 — your pick-up point is near it. Contact the driver upon arrival. Allow 10–15 minutes for the driver to arrive from the parking lot.
Turn left before Gate 5 and take C/D elevator to 1st floor (alternate route)
If the driver asks you to go to the 1st floor pick-up point, turn left before Gate 5 and walk towards Coffee Bean. Proceed to the elevator and take the C/D elevator down to the 1st floor.
Exit elevator and go straight to Gate 3 (1st floor route)
After exiting the elevator, go straight to Gate 3. Exit from Gate 3 to reach the pick-up point. Contact the driver immediately upon arrival. Allow 10–15 minutes for the driver to arrive from the parking lot.
